Real Stories of Impact - Care for Elders

Smt Narasamma lives in Hanumanthanagar, Bangalore. She was leading her life by preparing Masala powders and fell at the Bus stand last year while trying to avoid a drunkard. She was hospitalised and picked up severe back injuries. Unfortunately age and injuries are preventing her from going to work. Volunteers of BHHT came to her rescue by providing required financial and provision support.

Sri Raghavendra Rao, aged about 86 years, is currently residing at Hosakere Halli in Bangalore with his wife and son. During COVID, he lost his son due to Heart attack and he not having any money to do last rights for his son. We helped them by providing the required financial support to complete the last rights. Unfortunately, his wife also expired last year, and now we support him with monthly pension and provisions.
